RETURN POLICY

At Milly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy. Please read the following guidelines to understand how you can return items.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition of Items: The items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and sale items (marked as non-returnable) are not eligible for return.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@test.takeflights.co or call +94 70 551 9239 within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  • Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
  • Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. The original packaging and tags should be included.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
  • Local Returns (Sri Lanka): If you are returning the item for a reason that is not due to a defect or our error, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which must be paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for international returns to avoid potential loss.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@test.takeflights.co. We will assist you in processing your exchange based on availability. If the replacement item costs more than the returned item, we may charge the difference.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us Immediately: Email us at info@test.takeflights.co or call +94 70 551 9239 within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide Evidence: Please include clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item along with your order number.
  • Return Shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid return label for returns of faulty or incorrect items. Return shipping costs will be covered by Milly.

Once we receive the returned damaged or incorrect item, we will either issue a refund or send you a replacement item, based on your preference and stock availability.

LATE RETURNS

Returns received after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged. If you believe you have a valid reason for a late return, please contact us, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

REFUND PROCESS

After we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note that:

  • It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part damaged or incorrect items.
GIFT RETURNS

If the item was a gift and you wish to return it, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item, provided it meets the return conditions (unused, unwashed, and in original condition). Please note that the gift receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.
