DELIVERY POLICY

At Milly, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions related to the delivery of the products you purchase from our online store.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Sri Lanka
  • International Delivery (to countries such as India, the Maldives, the United Arab Emirates, and others)

Please note that shipping restrictions may apply in certain regions, and we reserve the right to restrict or cancel any orders that cannot be shipped to specific locations.

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (Sri Lanka): Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.
  • Express Shipping (Sri Lanka): Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days.

For international orders:

  • International Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days.
  • International Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Sri Lanka:
    • Standard Shipping: LKR 250
    • Express Shipping: LKR 750
  • International Shipping:
    • International Standard Shipping: LKR 1,500 (for most countries)
    • International Express Shipping: LKR 3,000 (for most countries)

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply for international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Once you place an order, it will typically be processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may experience a delay in processing. Please note that there may be delays during busy periods holidays, promotions or due to external factors shipping carrier delays.

If we encounter any issues with your order, we will contact you promptly to resolve the situation.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Sri Lanka (Local Delivery):
    • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
    • Express Shipping: 5–7 business days

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, along with a tracking number (if applicable) to help you monitor your package’s progress.

ORDER TRACKING

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details. You can use the tracking number to track your order via the shipping carrier’s website. If you have any trouble tracking your package, please contact us at info@test.takeflights.co.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time or if there are any issues with the delivery (such as incorrect address or missed delivery), please contact us immediately at info@test.takeflights.co or call +94 70 551 9239. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

FAILED DELIVERIES

If the delivery of your package fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you, or if you are unavailable to receive the delivery (and no alternative arrangements were made), the package may be returned to us. In such cases, you may be responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend the package, depending on the situation.

DELIVERY TO P.O. BOXES

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes within Sri Lanka or internationally. Please ensure that a physical address is provided at checkout for accurate delivery.

CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed by the customs authorities in your country. These charges are beyond our control and are not included in the price of your order.

We recommend that you check with your local customs office for details regarding any applicable charges before placing an international order.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the problem. In cases of damaged items, you may be asked to provide photographs or other evidence of the damage.

If your order is lost or the items are severely damaged during transit, we will either resend the items or provide a refund as per our returns policy.
